JUPITER is the leader in this market segment; benefiting from invaluable grower experiences and technical expertise.
Has trusted performance with the HD HARDI two speed gearbox – and neutral position to secure many years' rentability in the tough hot conditions so often met in orchard spraying.
HARDI pumps for most sprayer output needs from 73 to 194 l/min.
Performance and CapacityHARDI orchard sprayers will meet all your needs; from the very gentle spraying of high valued berries to treating the highest of fruits in tall tree canopies.
Benefit from outstanding work rates. Choose the tank size and spraying method to meet your needs and time restraints.
Safety featuresTo meet all your expectations.
Filling, mixing and loading your trailed mistblower exceed every standard with the compact TurboFiller.
Undiluted liquid formulations are induced safely and at speed. Dry formulations can be premixed and induced too. No mess, no hold back, no spills, no need for buckets and stirring sticks.
Features may include:
Control unit
CB 2 or 4 sections - remote control
Manifold with electrical remote control of all functions and pressure equalization device. (Max 20 bar)
SV/2 - with remote controlManifold with solenoid valves and remote control. Manual pressure regulation (max. 20 bar).
Control BoxesThe Fluid Box FB3610 is the standard equipment on all electrical operating units. Where more section valves is the case; the larger control box FB3620 is controlling the operating unit. The black & white rate controller DB3610 is, apart from being a spray computer, as well a control box for up to 4 sections operating unit, and two hydraulic pistons.
Operating units CB/2, CB/4, CA/2 & CA/4Precision spraying is dependent on these - the very best - valve controls and constant pressure systems. Spray computer use is aided with the addition of a sonic flowmeter. As well operating units as SV and manual operating units are offered.
Diaphragm pumpsThe diaphragm pump
At the heart of a HARDI sprayer sits the robust and easy-to-service pump that HARDI is so well known for. The invention of this pump constituted the foundation upon which HARDI was founded more than 60 years ago. HARDI was the first to use diaphragms to separate the liquid from bearings, crankshaft and other vital pump parts, thereby allowing the pump to run dry without damage. In addition, this pump distinguished itself by being operated directly from the tractor’s PTO shaft.
Self-primingThe pump is self-priming and will be able to prime the filling and spraying system.
Open crankcaseThe HARDI diaphragm pump is grease lubricated and has an open crankcase. If a diaphragm fails fluid is able to run out of the crankcase, avoiding costly repairs to shafts and bearing and downtime.
Able to run dry without damageThe HARDI pump can run completely dry without any damage at all.
Easy service pumpThe pump is mounted on the rear to a specific bracket. Diaphragms and valves can be changed without taking out the pump. New greasing system.
No contact between chemicals and moving mechanical partsAll moving parts are completely separated from the liquid running through the pump.
